1. About DubaiLuxuryWatch

DubaiLuxuryWatch (“DUBAILUXURYWATCH”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates as a private luxury timepiece dealer, offering carefully sourced and curated watches, including pre-owned and unworn pieces from the secondary market.

All services are provided on a private, appointment-based, and transactional basis, not as a public retail showroom.

2. Eligibility & Use of Services

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Watches may be one-of-one, limited, or subject to availability

  • Minor variations in appearance may occur

  • Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed and secured

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or Service at any time without notice.

4. Orders, Reservations & Payments

Placing an order or making a payment constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by DubaiLuxuryWatch.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order

  • Request additional verification or documentation

  • Cancel transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or non-compliance

Payments must be completed using approved payment methods. Ownership of a timepiece transfers only after full payment is received and cleared.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website unless stated otherwise.
Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or import charges unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
DubaiLuxuryWatch is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

8. Pre-Owned & Secondary Market Watches

You acknowledge that:

  • Pre-owned watches may show signs of prior use consistent with their description

  • Secondary market pricing may differ from retail or original MSRP

  • Manufacturer warranties may not apply unless explicitly stated

DubaiLuxuryWatch does not guarantee future value, appreciation, or investment performance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, and layouts, is the exclusive property of DubaiLuxuryWatch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • DubaiLuxuryWatch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DubaiLuxuryWatch, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
