Return & Refund Policy

At DubaiLuxuryWatch, we take pride in offering carefully selected luxury timepieces and maintaining clean, transparent, and professional transactions.

Due to the high-value and collectible nature of luxury watches, all sales are generally considered final. However, in limited and specific circumstances, concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Inspection Upon Delivery (48 Hours)

All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If you believe your item has arrived with a defect, damage, missing component, or discrepancy, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. Supporting evidence (photos/videos and packaging images) may be required for assessment.


Pre-Owned Watches

Due to the unique and collector nature of pre-owned timepieces, returns are not accepted unless a verified functional issue is present at the time of delivery and reported within the 48-hour inspection window.

Cosmetic wear consistent with the description or listing does not qualify as a defect.


Unworn Watches (Secondary Market)

Unworn watches sourced from the secondary market may be reviewed for return eligibility only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The watch is completely unused and unaltered

  • No sizing, polishing, adjustments, or modifications have been made

  • All original packaging, boxes, papers, cards, seals (if applicable), and accessories are returned

  • The return request is submitted within the applicable timeframe

Any signs of wear, alteration, missing components, or tampering will render the item ineligible for return.


Return Request Window (30 Days)

Where a return is eligible under this policy, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please note:
The 30-day request period does not override the mandatory 48-hour inspection requirement for defects, damages, wrong items, or discrepancies.

If a return is approved, detailed instructions and the return address will be provided via email.
Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted.


Shipping & Responsibility

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service for all returns

  • DubaiLuxuryWatch is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays occurring during return transit


Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
In most cases, the fastest way to secure another item is to complete a separate purchase once the return is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless required by law)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom orders or special requests

  • Any item showing signs of wear, sizing, alteration, polishing, or missing packaging/accessories


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a standard processing timeframe. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
